Add GiGaUIMessage and refactor GiGaMessage

Michal Mazurek requested to merge mimazure-extend-giga-message into mimazure-activate-vismanager

This provides GiGaUIMessage, an extension of GiGaMessage with an additional method that handles the UI commands and prints the output with Gaussino's logger (coming from the factories). Additional refactoring of GiGaMessage and IGiGaMessage is done.
