Introduce UI InitCommands

Michal Mazurek requested to merge mimazure-UI-init-commands into mimazure-activate-vismanager

This is needed because some UI commands have to be triggered before the RunAction. This emulates the behaviour of UI commands in the main function in G4 standalone.
