Drop Gaussino/HepMC3
This highlights the changes that we have on top of the most recent master from hepmc/HepMC3.
Unfortunately, I do not know what was the reason for the patch with internal pythia8 particles...
Propagating these changes to hepmc/HepMC3 or dropping them will give us the green light to drop this repository.
