new model and process for Compton scattering
A model for describing incoherent (Compton) scattering of photons on atomic electrons has been implemented into the new physics framework. The model corresponds to the one used in Geant4 standard EM physics list. However, the GeantV version doesn't use rejection based sampling algorithm. The model provides accurate response within [100 eV -100 TeV] both including the final states (post interaction gamma energy/direction and secondary electron energy/direction). The model is properly documented and now all giant physics lists included the corresponding Compton scattering process. Model level GeantV and Geant4 tests were also developed and included.
