Veto Leak region in postEE 2022 events?

Hey guys, do we want to veto the EE+ leak region for postEE 2022 events (photons and electrons) or not? This is possibly with the iEta, iPhi and iX, iY variables in nanoAOD, see https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/40327 and https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/viewauth/CMS/PdmVRun3Analysis#From_ECAL. Should be reasonably simple to implement together with new "year" string (should be molded into a "period" string or so to reflect changing conditions within one year)
