Update Python interface

First a warning: The changes introduced here are NOT backwards compatible

This merge request updates the Python interface of IW2D with new functionalities. Some of the main additions include:

  • Legacy input file writing
  • The addition of a IW2DResult class to make result handling easier
  • Saving functionality for the results
  • Better hashing
  • Better structure of input classes
