I acknowledged all of them, but due to time limit I merged as it was, but I still want to make sure that your old comments are valid.

For this new MR, I refactored the notebook, split the logic from the output file (that will be also shipped to CCC) into a nicer format, and added some new requirements for low current and changed a valid range for the tau value.

I will merge this MR first, and then add the output table in another merge request (for the CCC plugin).
