Refactor PNO.d1 for 80-120A
Split query and analyze functions into several, notably to have common code for both the positive and negative cycles. Reduced code in notebook by combining the positive and negative cycle parts into one function for each check. Refactored in the processing file combining common code in one function.
Validated using 'test/validation/resources/validation_PCC_1_80-120A_2024-09-13T11.csv' with all tests passing.
