Two bugfixes

• Proper regex matching for filter name (fixes a bug where using filter: PNN was picking up lists from the 1TPNN filter).
• Support /eos/home-* directories (necessary on lxplus where /eos/user/* are symlinks to there) [not actually working when doing rebuild]
