Introduce MC smearing/digitization effects

At present, our MC code produces as output "truth" information only, for example deposited energy per cell, without digitization / smearing effects. This is convenient, since in this way we can run MC and then modify/study the detector response.

We should add in p348-reco a code to introduce smearing / detector effects.
