Ignore latest led and shower files in conddb

Just to have a clean working space in git and avoid these files/folders created by the latest developments in led and shower profiles, I propose to add them to the conddb/.gitignore file:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
