Enabling GenFit tracking in 2023A MC simulations

In order to enable tracking with GenFit in MC simulations of the 2023A setup, the gdml file containing the geometry to account for the material has to be added. Additionally, simu.h has to be adapted to recognize the 2023A setup version from the MC output.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
