Tracking tools rootenv patch

Henri Hugo Sieber requested to merge tracking-tools-rootenv-patch into master

Major: modify Makefile directive for tracking-tools-install so that the branch of the latter is the master (latest updated on ease of compatibility with LXPLUS environment, namely GCC, ROOT and others).

Minor: modify Makefile directive for GenFit to modify the Wmax value to enable extrapolation over large magnetic distance (useful to use GenFit algorithm with NA64mu 2021 pilot run data).
