Histo readback for HistoXd classes

Wanted to be able to just regenerate plots without root, added "fromFile(std::string filename)" (opposed to toFile) to HistoXd classes, plus a small tool that will replot a given .dat file, in case a header was written. (Operates for 1D and 2D plots only)
