I thought I'd submitted this before, but after rebasing it seems there are some things that need tidying up.

Apart from the DataArchiver issue mentioned in #76 (closed), there are also references to Fei4 due to the use of lcap and scap flags. This is the main reason I didn't move ScurveFitter for example.
