add plotWithRoot_ToT.cxx plotting script
Hi, this is a first draft of the plotWithRoot_ToT.cxx script. Heavily copied/based on the existing plotWithRoot_Threshold.cxx file and modified to use the ToT information instead. See the following attached pdfs for the plots this produces:
