Draft: Strips in SR1 branch

Elise Maria Le Boulicaut Ennis requested to merge itk-strips-at-sr1/YARR:devel_SR1 into devel

This is a more up-to-date version of !553 (closed). We have moved the branch from Olivier's fork (arnaez/YARR) to a different fork itk-strips-at-sr1/YARR, which is part of our overarching Strips in SR1 git repo (https://gitlab.cern.ch/itk-strips-at-sr1/).

This branch contains all the changes we have made on our side, including all scan analyses, feedback-based readout, and trickle triggers. It is the branch we currently use for our calibration scans.

It may be better to merge little by little instead of all at once, which is why this MR is marked as "Draft". It is here for reference, and to be used as a starting point for merging.
