added tt20 surveys from initial GEODES values

Survey output or somewhat coherent with GEODES. Survey starts from GEODES points but diverges over some lengths. This results in differences in the order of a fraction of mm for most lines except the longest, TT21, coming from the SPS that reaches a few cm discrepancy at the end. Survey remains locally coherent with GEODES but not over long distances.

Additional soft links to survey files created in the other optics for each line, as the survey does not depend on the optics.
