The Legacy component should be a regular plugin
It extends the core library and is thus not different from the other plugins. Should be moved to the Plugins directory for simplicity.

This was already fixed by !750 (merged). Not sure why this is still open. Will close it.
@pagessin I wanted to re-assigne it to %0.16.00 but I'm not sure if that is possible. Any ideas?
