Added the requirements and the version.cmt file to the directory Control/AtsBaseComponents. Changed pointers of Trasnform3D to shared_ptr of Transform3D in TrkDetDescrInterfaces/ITrackingVolumeCreator.h and in CylinderVolumeCreator in the directory TrkDetDescrTools.
