Merge branch 'ACTS-222_cmake_fix_target_error' into 'release-0.03.X'

fix make install error due to wrong cmake configuration

As a left over from experimenting with the ctest setup, the filename for the exported ACTS::Core targets was wrong.

Fixes ACTS-222.
