Julia Hrdinka requested to merge ACTS-400_assembliesDD4hepPlugin into release-0.05.03

The translation of assemblies (volumes with nor shape) was not working anymore. However there is no shape translation needed anymore, after the sub volume configs have been removed in the CylinderVolumeBuilder. This merge request is a clean up of the ConvertDD4hepDetector method. Fixes ACTS-400. Fixes ACTS-286.
