Coverage deploy

Paul Gessinger requested to merge pagessin/acts-core:coverage-deploy into master

Add job that runs on the master branch, and deploys the current coverage report to the website under http://acts.web.cern.ch/ACTS/coverage. This points to the last deployed coverage report. Also cleans up the deployed coverage report, you can configure how many reports to keep in the CI variables.
