This merge request fixes:

  1. Material thickness in PassiveLayerBuilder (currently thickness of layer was taken, which in most cases is not material thickness because of envelopes)

  2. Some unit conversion from DD4hep to ACTS material was missing at some places Closes ACTS-448.
