ACTS-513 BoxGeometryBuilder

This MR adds a builder for a simple box shaped detector. It implements a couple of basic building methods and may be extended in the future. For now it just provides basic building procedures and is not intended to be covering every possible use case. It is also used for testing the propagation of the covariance of the EigenStepper in a dense environment. Closes ACTS-513
