change sshfs to 0.11.0

Robert Johannes Langenberg requested to merge sshfs into master

CI/requirements.txt was requesting version 0.10.3, which doesn't exist according to https://pypi.org/project/fs.sshfs/#history

and 0.10.2 and 0.11.0 were only released yesterday (16.5.2019). why it worked before I don't know, CI runners that have been restarted (and therefore their docker cache wiped) fail because they cannot download sshfs 0.10.3.

changing version to 0.11.0
