Explicitly set build type in ubuntu job

Paul Gessinger requested to merge ci-debug-int into master

I think the job simply ran a Debug build before, that's why it took so long. Should be faster now I believe. This also removes the integration test job for the slc6_lcg95 debug build that we have.
