Clang-tidy: modernize-use-equals-delete

This is the first part of clang-tidy cleanups, followed up by #662

It removes all occurrences of modernize-use-equals-delete

(Yes, sometimes I sit in interesting meetings and I decide to not fully pay attention, so at least I can do some clang tidying).
