JUnit reports

This adds the newly enabled JUnit reports to Gitlab pipelines. I pass the ctest xml output through an XML stylesheet based transform I found, which generates the required JUnit XML that is needed. I need to modify the ubuntu build image because the transform doesn't work there, but then this should be good to go.
