Update surface material mapper

Corentin Allaire requested to merge update-SurfaceMaterialMapper into master

Update the surface material mapper, for each material interaction the information on the associated surface is added. This will allow the material mapping algorithm to output material tracks with surfaces informations for the validation of the material map.
