Update of the Material map Json coverter

Added the possibility to write all the surfaces in the json files output. The resulting json file can then be used as an input to the material mapping to select which layer are being mapped (and with which binning). Added some extra information to the json file when generated from a tracking geometry to make it more human readable when used as a config file for the mapping.
