Use DDCore target directly

Paul Gessinger requested to merge dd4hep_target into master

The DDCORE_LIBRARY variable seems not to be filled (I think starting from 1.11). This is more idiomatic in CMake anyway. Checks the DD4hep version to keep compatibility with old ones.
