Framework to v0.12.00
This (painfully created MR) synchronises acts-framework with acts-core and acts-fatras for the core release 0.12.00.
It includes adaptions to the following major developments:
- MultiTrajectory as backbone of the KalmanFilter (acts-core!643 (merged))
- Overstepping fix for Propagation (acts-core!699 (merged), acts-core!715 (merged))
- Restructuring the material units (acts-core!684 (merged))
- DirectNavigator for KalmanFilter (acts-core!698 (merged))
It also adapts to the move of the Json writer, and synchronises with the acts-framework development.
