manually trigger build of Gdml example

Julia Hrdinka requested to merge trigger_GdmlExample_build into master

The GdmlExample depends on the TGeoPlugin of ACTS, which is only build on demand. Therefore a flag was introduced BUILD_GDML_EXAMPLE which builds the Gdml example on demand.
