B-physics trigger: tighten up selection of D0/D(*)-/D_s-/Lambda_c- objects for bBmux chains (ATR-24275)

Fill the ESD output list with the list of converted  xAOD containers.
This got broken with the Run-1 BS refactoring in !48801.

Also do some general cleanup of the job options.

Fixes ATR-25220.

Use the appropriate EDM set when filling the ESD/AOD output list. Since
`Run1xAODConversionCfg` is currently only used in mixed job options
(where `addToESD/AOD` are no-ops) this change has no effect on the
actual output. It would only matter once we have fully CA-based jobs
running on Run-1 data.
