dont hpefully done having merge conflicts - this should automatically extract gFEX trigger value from name, but also supports a map value if one is defiend. Also allows the framework to run if you haven't added the DQ threshold (red yellow green) values for a new trigger, by extrapolating from the currently defiend ones in menu. Good for testing new thins, but gives a print that hard coded values should be added to the dict

Hello,

As the EventContext is an argument of the `digitize` method, it may be slightly faster to pass it downstream than calling `Gaudi::Hive::currentContext()`.
