[Rundeck] Update from it-puppet-modulesync-configs 2.8.1
The automatically created modulesync branch contains updates for the qa branch that have been applied with modulesync. Typically these are updates and fixes to the testing infrastructure.
After review please merge and please delete the modulesync branch. The modulesync branch will only be created if there is something new to merge.
