GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. A few commits in the end.

Actually check ruby code compiles.
Enable a rubocop test that is permitted to fail.
Update the boilerplate ruby so that is passes rubocop
Puppet 5 now uses ruby 2.4.
Update all the rspec software.

The result a template and boilerplate update is available in it-puppet-module-ci_images!25 (closed)
