extra Hiera YAML checks

  • only want .yaml files (and possibly README) under data/ - should address (invalid) .yml
  • FQDNs need to be that, and should DNS-resolve (else warn) - should address short hostnames, and allows (manual) cleanup
  • (add a stub for sub-hostgroups checks, if we figure out how to check for existence in Foreman)
