Remove default threshold from [DefaultDigitizer]

Haakan Wennloef requested to merge hwennlof/allpix-squared:defaultDigitiserDefault into master

After this forum discussion, we concluded that it's best to not have a default value for the threshold in [DefaultDigitizer]. This MR addresses that (which leads to a lot of tests having to be updated as well).
