Draft: Auto-Publish to Zenodo (and RSD) using hermes

This MR will add hermes to the CI deployment workflow (https://docs.software-metadata.pub/en/latest/index.html).

hermes is capable of auto-publishing releases to e.g. Zenodo where - up till now - we had to manually update our release entry (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3550935).

This is still a draft and has to be tested and refinded.
