[v2.3-stable] Fixing efficiency in [DetectorHistogrammer] when sensor excess is present

Backport implementation (only for square pixels) of !860 (merged) .

Removing hits in sensor excess from efficiency calculation. Also clarifying the track_resolution a bit in the manual.
