Manual: Geometry as Separate Chapter

This MR moves the geometry description into a separate chapter because it's gaining in importance for 3.0 with the different sensor geometries available.

There is still some documentation missing on that end, specifically for radial strips, but in general that new chapter could see some love. Draft for the moment.
