	* cmt/requirements
		Specify to cmake that this package depends on CASTOR for the RFIO libraries and
		to Xrootd for the Posix libraries. Also ignore the -import=AtlasCACHE since this
		is not appropriate for cmake. Transparent to CMT
	* Tagged as ByteStreamStoragePlugins-00-00-32 (ByteStreamStoragePlugins-00-00-31)
