MuonTruthAlgs: Use Accessor, etc instead of auxdata().

Replace auxdata, etc. with Accessor classes.

ISF_Event: Fix thread-safety checker warning.

Make TruthBinding::childTruthBinding() should be non-const, since a non-const
pointer member escapes.
(Only diagnosed in the hepmc2 build.)

Prefer returning const references to members rather than copies.
Pass strings by const reference, not by value.
