Add missing configuration for for CA-based ForwardDetector simulation

Some simFlags usage to be dropped still.

    
Disable thread-safety checking for code using gtest.
Fixes (disabled-by-default) warnings about calls to unchecked code.

Changes to SensitiveDetector unit tests to allow a vector of physical volumes to be used when constructing the G4TouchableHistory instance

- remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs`
- update library and external dependencies
- enable `flake8` where relevant

add comments for DerivedG4SensitiveDetectorTestSetting function to explain why I use 'new' instead of smart pointer

change that line into Athena_test::initGaudi(optionForTest.txt, g_svcLoc);, but test will fail, I change it back

put G4MyPhysicalVolume.h in a common directory, which is  is Simulation/G4Atlas/G4AtlasTools/G4AtlasTools

firstly, in order to access private items of tested class from my test code, I add my test class as a function of the tested class instead of using macron name definition. Secondly, because CollectionMerge is not necessary, I just delete things related to it from CMakeLists.txt, _gtest.cxx
