Fix bug in generating toys with given range

I just noticed that I forgot to ask for a merging request concerning the bug in analysis/physics/factory.py.

If you remember, in the case of a RooKeys pdf the range asked for the generation was overwritten by the range of definition of the pdf.

I apologize for the duplication and hope this is not a problem.
