Resolve "Blind fitting"

Blind fitting is implemented: The root variables is packed inside a RooUnblindPrecision

Tests have been added for a blinded yield as well as a parameter, testing whether they are RooUnblindPrecision variables and if the stored (blinded) value is the correct one.

Ready for merge from my side!
