Howto cleanup, move calibation recommendations
I added some twisty tables for a few things in the "how to ftag" section, and tried to make it a bit less verbose.
I also tweaked the recommendations part a bit: I didn't like how much info was buried in the header of "Calibrations", I was confused by the inconsistency with the rest of our layout. So now it's under a sub-heading called Intro for Analysts.
Finally, since I was worried about breaking a link to one of the most-likely-linked pages, added a redirect plugin and redirected the old page to the new one.
