Removing Hole Variables

Removing hole variables after discussions that they provide little benefit and are strongly not recommended to be included by pixel experts. So far, I have kept them in the dips and GN1 config for historical reasons but they can be removed from there as well if desired.

Also adding the two "technical" taggers and r21 Xbb tagger scores to the default evaluation output to encourage people to compare their trainings to these baselines
